Armko Industries, Inc. is a full service organization that has the experience and capability to take a project from the initial assessment and budgeting phase to the specifications, plans, details and bid package phase. Armko provides site presence with construction observation during the construction phase, review of close-out documents and ensures that all warranties are in place. Armko's service extends long past the completion of the project.
We have provided roofing and building envelope services in both the new construction and remedial construction markets for over 450 clients. Our clientele ranges from public entities, such as school districts, colleges, universities, counties, municipalities and state agencies, to private sector clients and hospitals in the southern region of the U.S.

Philosophy
Providing the lowest cost per square foot over the long-term is Armko’s objective. Through Armko’s experience and expertise, roofs and envelopes are being designed in both the new construction and reroof markets to last 25 to 30 years with little to no maintenance.
