Greg Carroll
Regional Manager Permian Basin/Abilene RegionMr. Carroll is a Building Envelope Consultant and Project Manager. Since 1991, Greg has supervised and overseen roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the southern United States. Greg specializes in extensive building envelope evaluations for Architects, School Districts, Higher Education and Municipalities which include review of subgrade conditions, exterior walls, doors, windows, roofs, and roof details. Mr. Carroll is a firm believer in providing realistic solutions to the building envelope issues for Owners and Architects.
Mr. Carroll has performed Building Envelope surveys and analyses to assist in establishing needs for clients in public and private sectors. As part of the analysis process, Greg provides written reports and documentation for budgeting, recommendations of appropriate applicable roof systems, specifications, daily progress reports of projects during construction and assisting in close out documents and reports for the client’s projects. Greg will conduct pre‐bid or proposal meetings to ensure work to be performed is understood by the contractors prior to bidding. He will also assist with bid openings, provide bid analysis and recommendations of qualified contractors to the client.
Greg is a member of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) and is a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and has worked for Armko Industries since 2006 providing roofing and building envelope solutions for clients in the Permian Basin /Abilene Region.
